YOUR PRIME IS NOW

Keeno Arrington, a former college football player and standout athlete, is the founder of The Washed Company, where he redefines what it means to be "washed." Keeno's journey is one of relentless self-improvement, driven by a desire to push boundaries and inspire others to become the best version of themselves. As a Defensive Back, Keeno last played football in 2023, bringing the same tenacity from the field into the gym, where he competes against himself every day.
Before founding The Washed Company, Keeno had an impressive athletic career. He played four years of high school basketball at Lincoln Park Performing Arts, where he scored 1,658 career points and was named the Post-Gazette WPIAL Class 3A Player of the Year as a senior. His leadership helped Lincoln Park secure two WPIAL championships and a PIAA title. Keeno continued his athletic journey at Allegheny College, starting 24 games as a freshman during the 2019-20 season.
Athleticism runs in the family—Keeno's father, LaVar Arrington, played college football at Penn State and enjoyed a seven-year NFL career with the Washington Redskins and New York Giants, earning a place in the College Football Hall of Fame. Inspired by this legacy, Keeno channels his passion for sports into empowering others to overcome challenges and achieve personal greatness.
